"Called in regarding my auto insurance policy. Asked many detailed questions.All had been Successfully Answered by Rubin!! "Today i have been working with Ruben on an issue I was having with and auto renewal bill that came in that was for significantly higher than it should have been as I had just adjusted it recently. Ruben with his strong customer service skills again came to the rescue and found that in their system the correct information was being reflected. Ruben and I feel like we are really great friends. lol! I say that because I am a very frequent caller lately and seem to always talk to Ruben. He is always friendly to work with and is very helpful when I call. He has helped me with everything from setting up my auto and homeowners insurance policies to assisting me with setting up the drive safe and save as well as connecting me with Freddie to review my life insurance policies! It doesn’t matter what the issue is, Ruben always assists and does it with class! Thank you Ruben for putting up with this frequent caller. I certainly do appreciate all that you do!"

"I would like to share the wonderful experience I had working with Freddie's team, specifically with Ruben. Ruben was very professional and quick to address my concerns. I previously was with a different agency that knowingly created a duplicate policy and charged me. Despite almost two weeks of me contacting their office and being told that my issue would be addressed, I was faced with dishonesty, lack of accountability, and unresponsiveness. I'm so grateful to have switched agencies and most of all happy that Ruben was able to swiftly action my request."

"I called his office to cancel our renters insurance. After speaking to his team, I was told it was canceled. However, I was charged again for the month after. When I called again, the other team member said there were no notes reflecting that. It seemed like they were trying to get more autopay payments out."

"I haven't had issues with them in the past, but for the last 5/6 weeks have been dealing with just trying to get them to add a simple item to a personal article policy. It costs almost nothing, but they stopped responding to emails when I ask for updates, anytime I call I get told it'll get done in a few days or a week... except every time I call back that few days just keeps getting pushed out. Its been nothing but empty promises and wasting my time calling them. This has happened at least 4 times now since trying to get this done. If communication and follow through is important, I would look elsewhere."

""Best Experience" Jesse Silva saved me almost $1000 dollars a year on full coverage auto insurance with a $500 deductible instead of a $1000 deductible and even did a 3 way conference call to help handle the cancellation of my then current insurance policy. To me, this is the most excellent customer service I have had from a car insurance company yet. And I am 65 years old. Thanks again Jesse"
