"Freddie Crenshaw used to be good, not anymore. Several customer service issues. Nobody is able to provide the breakdown of why they charged me fortune for my 6 months premium, even after several weeks of communication. Customer service persons don't care about your needs, they will be all happy and smiley but don't work for you. Freddie seems to be the only caring person but seems like he is struggling with the new system that changed things upside down for this agency. My last years comments were "is the best. Their claims processing is awesome, I am sold." but now the customer service is nowhere near "good". I am very unhappy with this agency."

"I was helped by Allan today and he was fantastic! He was kind, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He saved me almost $100 on my car insurance package and walked me through my coverage, explaining every detail. He even taught me how valuable renter's insurance is so I got that too! I'm honestly glad to switch from GEICO, they have never offered this level of customer service and care."
